By accessing or using Fibo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Fibo is a real-time collaborative estimation tool for agile teams. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying feature access.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or scripts
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The service, its design, and underlying code are our property. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
